I am so excited to make the announcement that Jan. 1st, 2024 I am officially semi-retiring to launch a new independent consulting company. Since Dec. of 1982 I have been an owner and operator of many bars, restaurants and nightclubs and a consultant to a few along the way. With over 40 years of bar and restaurant experience as a CEO along with the creation of over 50 food and/or beverage concepts for my own companies and others... I am told I have the right stuff to offer as a consultant.

In the coming weeks I will be posting photos of some of the successful concepts I've created, owned, or worked on over the years.
