I've given some thought to doing a behind the scenes style video series. We keep our kitchen open so people can see. It keeps us accountable.

Would a short series, on what it takes to run a small business/restaurant be interesting for anyone? Might even be helpful for someone else getting started.

My daughter is baking cakes at the shop. Small batches for now. Will be scaling up shortly. Feel free to stop by and try some. Very limited supply
