As of Friday (6/3/16) I will be closed at the lot on us 31. The buildings are still there and are still available for cash sales and rent to own. All available buildings are open and prices are posted on most of them. If you have questions please call me @ (256) 339-9331 and I can give you prices on new builds and on rent to own (24-60 month). Many of the buildings are 5-6% off. I no longer have the computer in the office so all sales info needs to be done from my home and by phone. If you wish to purchase or RTO I can be at the lot within 10min. Thank you everyone who have visited me and or purchased from me these last few months. I thank each and every one of you for your time and patience with me and the builders.

CULLMAN - April 27, 2011 is a day that we will never forget, when tornadoes ripped through Alabama and right through the heart of our beloved Cullman, destroying homes, businesses and churches, cars and large swathes of our beautiful green canopy. Devastation. Sadness. Fear. Uncertainty. All words that describe that day. But then...Empathy. Love. Helpfulness. Gratitude. Community. All words that describe the moments and days after April 27, 2011. Even now.

On Sat March 19th we will be having a charity BBQ in Hanceville AL at Lynne's Sheds and Things across from the jet pep on hwy 31. The charity is to benefit Rescue Me an animal rescue organization plates will start at $6.00 there will be Nathan's hotdogs smoked sausage and pulled pork sandwiches please come out and help us help those who can't help themselves.
