Due to the extreme heat, Katie’s Kantina will be closed tonight. 🥵

It’s about 20° hotter inside the truck than outside, and it’s simply too dangerous to operate safely.

🎉 Katie’s Kantina Soft Opening Tomorrow! 🌮✨

The grill is hot and the salsa is flowing!

Join us tomorrow evening for our soft opening

📍 Located at the Community Center in Interior, South Dakota, just minutes from the Badlands National Park Visitor Center.

This is our trial run to make sure everything is running smoothly before our official opening on Tuesday, May 19.

Bring your appetite, your friends, and a little patience as we shake off the winter dust and fire things back up.

I cannot wait to see everyone and serve up some seriously good eats!
