Hello we just wanted to give an update on Momma D she has not been feeling well for months and finally received the reason why…It was her Gallbladder. She had surgery last week and is dealing with her healing which also comes with a lot of back pain. Her gall bladder was only working 17% and her intestines and esophagus was so inflamed from the infection in her body that they had to go through her chest to get the gallbladder out. She has the smaller incisions in her stomach area but also an incision (1 1/2 inch) in her chest to help with the removal. Her health has not been the best so we are trying to make some decisions if we will be back at the end of the year or beginning of 2027. We will keep everyone updated. Thank you everyone for understanding. 🙏❤️

Momma D wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to take the rest of the year off from the food truck. I have been having a lot of health issues with my heart, chest pain and back issues. I was in the hospital a week ago with heart problems, then this Thursday I am going for a scope down my throat and a nuclear scan after that. I just feel that I need to take care of myself and heal properly so I can come back 100% feeling my best to serve you our delicious meals. I appreciate each and everyone of you for always supporting us. I will keep you all posted with updates and when we will be back. This getting older stuff is rough…lol lol

Hope everyone is doing well. Momma D has missed everyone but we have some news the we would like to share. Momma D has decided to take the rest of 2026 off from the food trailer. I am needing to take some rest. I am working right now for Arby’s and am having issues with my left hip. With all the hours Arby’s is needing me and me trying to deal with hip issues it is getting extremely hard for me. I am hoping I can get back to working the food trailer maybe by the end of 2026/ beginning of 2027. I apologize but I need to take care of my health first. Thank you all. I am keeping my page because we will be returning. Pasta and Cannolis are a necessity…lol ❤️
