We opened the doors at Shallos for the first time in 1981, America's 205th year of freedom. Since then... we've had the privilege of serving American families, American food, one meal at a time.

If you've ever sat around our tables, you know the feeling. It doesn't need explaining. It's the same feeling you get when the jets fly over at the Indy500, and you feel it in your chest. The very moment when you pause and remember how much was sacrificed, so a place like this... in a town like this... could exist at all.

Places like Shallos don't exist without places like America.

Today, America celebrates 250 years.

We're humbled to have served American families for 45 of those years, grateful for the generations who keep coming back, and thankful to every family who has made Shallos part of their own story.

Happy 250th birthday, America.
