Indianapolis is closed.

Fishers is open.

And since our Indianapolis crew is sitting this Saturday out...

Fishers gets ALL the fun. 😂

The cases are full.
The doors are open.

Go get cake. Get cookies. Get Danish. Buy something you didn't come for.

Our goal today?

🚨 FISHERS, WE HOPE YOU'RE READY
Because apparently you're the only Taylor's location capable of behaving itself this week. 😂
Indianapolis will NOT reopen Saturday.
After a fire, throwing away an entire bakery's worth of inventory, cleaning everything known to mankind and waiting for the appropriate thumbs-up...
maybe we shouldn't rush this.

🔥 INDIANAPOLIS — WE'LL SEE YOU TUESDAY!
Meanwhile...
📍 FISHERS IS OPEN SATURDAY AND STOCKED.
Like... REALLY stocked.
Cakes. Cookies. Caramels. Coffee Cakes. Danish. And questionable amounts of buttercream.
So tomorrow we're asking you to do something incredibly difficult:
Eat baked goods.
Go see our Fishers crew. Buy the cake. Get the cookies. Bring something home and hide it from your family.
🍩 And before you ask — still no donuts.
They're made at Indianapolis, and apparently “recently on fire” isn't a compelling argument for turning the fryers back on.
Fair. 😂
So Saturday:
ALL ROADS LEAD TO FISHERS.
Go make us regret telling the internet they're fully stocked.

💙 OKAY, TAYLOR'S PEOPLE. HERE'S WHERE WE ARE.

First — the love you've shown us over the last couple of days has been absolutely incredible. Seriously. We see every comment, message and call, and it means more than you know.

Now for the update.

Our Indianapolis location is still closed while we clean, reset and wait for the inspections we need before we can fire the ovens back up.

And because we had to throw away every bit of inventory after the fire, we're basically starting from zero.

We're hoping for Saturday.

But we're not making promises until we know for sure.

Meanwhile...

📍 FISHERS IS OPEN AND STOCKED.

Cakes? YES.
Cookies? YES.
Carmels, Coffee Cakes? YES.
Donuts and Danish?

Yeah... about that. 😬

Those are made at our Indianapolis bakery.

And apparently after you have a fire, people get a little particular about you turning the ovens back on.

Fair. 😂

So no donuts or Danish just yet.

But everything else at Fishers?

GAME ON.

A lot of you have asked how you can support Taylor's right now.

Here's your assignment:

GO RAID FISHERS.

Buy a cake. Grab some cookies. Pick up something you absolutely did not need when you left the house this morning.

EMPTY. THOSE. CASES.

We'll handle getting Indianapolis back on its feet.

And the second we're allowed to start baking again...

Trust us. You'll hear the ovens from Fishers. 🔥😂

🔥 A LITTLE TOO MUCH HEAT IN THE BAKERY TODAY…

We had a small fire at our Indianapolis location this morning. Most importantly, everyone is safe, and we are incredibly thankful for that.

While the damage is manageable, we need a few days to clean up, make repairs, and make sure everything is exactly as it should be before welcoming you back.

Our Indianapolis location will be CLOSED through Friday.

But don’t worry — Taylor’s isn’t going anywhere! 💙 Our Fishers location remains OPEN and ready to take care of you.

We’re incredibly grateful to the first responders who came to our aid this morning and to everyone who has already reached out to check on us.

It’ll take more than a little smoke to keep us down. 💙

Thank you for your patience, support, and love for our bakery. We’ll keep you updated and can’t wait to have both locations back up and running!

What. A. Day. 🥹

Thank you for clearing us out today! We truly can’t say it enough, we appreciate every single person who stopped by and waited in that long line!

It’s been a year full of transitions behind the scenes, and seeing our bakery cases this empty is something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for continuing to support our little bakery through it all. We’ll be back bright and early on Tuesday, ready to do it all again. 🍩
