After much consideration, I have decided to make this my last year on my food trailer. This has been quite an experience that I have very much enjoyed. If you have been following me, I have been grinding hard and have been doing this since 2019.

When purchasing and going into business, I learned a lot and have seen where a lot could have been done differently, but I still would not have changed the experience because it was a learning process. When I initially started my food truck, it was on a two-person income and as of now, it has started to become a burden – mentally, physically and financially, doing this on my own. I decided that it is important for me to put myself first, take a step back.

I am proud that I was able to live out my dream and see how much I have accomplished within the past 5yrs and this will definitely not be the last time in the industry. It’s important to remind myself to live a little, travel and for the love of god, REST! Moving forward with the knowledge I have, I will see through the rest of the year, but I am in desperate need to unplug and rejuvenate and do it again when I'm in a better place or even try another dream I have in mind.

I appreciate everyone that has supported me through my journey and this is not a sad moment because it is important to remember to always keep dreaming! You’re allowed to have multiple lol.
