Hospitality Indiana was proud to be represented at the U.S. Advanced CEMETS Institute, held in Indiana last week, bringing together education, workforce development, and industry leaders from across the country to advance innovative career pathways.

The conference builds on the growing momentum behind Swiss-inspired education and training models that connect students with employers and real-world career opportunities. This work closely aligns with Hospitality Indiana’s commitment to strengthening the state’s hospitality workforce through the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP) initiative.

Through INCAP, Hospitality Indiana is helping create new opportunities for students to explore hospitality careers while connecting employers with the next generation of industry talent. Our participation reinforces the importance of employer engagement, collaboration, and innovative approaches to developing a strong, sustainable workforce for Indiana’s hospitality industry.
