7 Brew has been named the successful bidder for a large portfolio of Salad and Go locations, agreeing to pay approximately $143.2 million for 73 sites as the drive-thru salad chain works through bankruptcy proceedings.

The auction came down to 7 Brew and Dutch Bros, with 7 Brew ultimately securing the portfolio after Dutch Bros chose not to submit a topping bid. Talk about a major move!
