Food has always been our way of telling a story.

Not just about where we come from, but about the journey that brought us here. The people we've met, the traditions we grew up with, and the new ideas we've embraced along the way have all shaped the way we cook today.

At MACIZO, we don't try to recreate the past exactly as it was. We honor it, learn from it, and let it continue to grow with us. Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries a little piece of our story, and we're grateful to share it with you.

Why is he called SOLTERITO?

Legend says this Arequipa salad was made for bachelors: no cooking, all flavor, full of protein to keep you dancing all night.

Our version: Creamy chickpeas, sweet corn, queso fresco, tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, fresno pepper and cilantro, all hugged by fresh lime + olive oil.

It's crunchy, it's tangy. It's basically Peru in a bowl. And yes, he's still single.... waiting for you at MACIZO.
