TWO WHOLE YEARS... time flies when you're slinging w**e and making memories.
Big shout out to my my team. You all are so talented and provide an immense amount of value to this team , but more importantly your community. You all have become an integral part of my life, where I'm invested in your families, your wellbeing, and both your physical and mental health... you truly are my Indy family. Solely is open today because of my team, something that is not lost on me or that is taken forgranted... a team with a true passion for hospitality.. I appreciate you all and love you big time ❤️
To our guests...It is such a pleasure to serve you and the Indy community. Most days I come to work with a cup thats empty and I leave with it full and overflowing. You all may not realize it, but you all have also become my friends and family. I am so fortunate to be in a position where I intentionally get to build connection and relationships... I may not remember everyone's name at first, but I can promise you I'll remember your favorite pour, last bottle purchased, what you do for work, where you took you latest vacation, what book you're reading and who's on your current s**t list (I have incredible hearing).
Solely is so much more than the w**e, in fact, w**e has always been just the excuse.... Big love for my community and thank you all so much for your continued curiosity and support.
Owning a business often demands being the center of attention.... and let me tell you...
Solely W**e has always had my complete and undivided attention. It's been the place I've sought shelter when life got to be a little too tough and a place that feels crowed when I feel alone... I've learned to be vaulnerable and ask for help along the way *not easy*. With the help and commitment from my team coupled with insane community support, we made it to year two, and I am so fu***ng appreciative and grateful.
