Located in Bloomington, Indiana, the intriguing story of Upland Brewing Co. began in 1998 with a mission to brew remarkable beers in remarkable ways, staying true to the artisan, progressive spirit found in our part of the Midwest. Our Sour Program began in 2006 as a way to entertain our curious brewers looking for innovative flavor combinations. Upland, now the third largest brewery in Indiana, brews more than 50 different styles of beer annually.

OUR BARREL-AGED SOUR, RASPBERRY, IS ON TAP AND AVAILABLE IN BOTTLES RIGHT NOW AT YOUR FAVORITE UPLAND LOCATION! ❤️

This brew combines a traditional Belgian-style sour with whole Raspberries. We ferment our lambic-style base b**r, Basis, over many months in oak tanks to produce tart flavors, fruity notes and funky character. Then, we select individual batches for fruiting with whole raspberries that create a unique depth of fruit flavors and aromas. The final blend is bottle conditioned, resulting in a fine carbonation and spritzy mouthfeel. 🌹
