Hi friends, we regret to share that a back of house employee of our Broad Ripple location has tested positive for COVID-19. Please note this employee did not have any direct contact with customers at any time. All employees of our Broad Ripple location will be tested this week, and at least once more before we reopen to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. Additionally, all employees who had contact with this person will be asked to quarantine for 14 days. Broad Ripple will be undergoing a deep clean in the following days. We will be closed for 18 days, and will reopen the Broad Ripple location on Wednesday November 18th.⠀
⠀
To provide full transparency, we are sharing the timeline of events with you: ⠀
⠀
The employee last worked on Sunday 11/1. In following our safety protocols, the employee's temperature was checked upon entry and exit of the restaurant, and both temperature checks were normal. The employee followed our strict mask and glove protocols during their entire shift. Sunday night the employee began to lose sense of taste and smell. No other symptoms have occurred since. This morning, 11/4, the employee received a rapid test that was positive.⠀
⠀
