I really don't have words for today. Everything was perfect. You guys kept coming and kept coming, everybody happy and enjoying great food and service.

I'm not gonna lie, it hasn't felt this good to me in many many years. I suspect Mama feels the same.

We've been working hard to deserve your business, and I hope we actually do. You have plenty of choices for your lunch and dinner. We're honored you chose The Roux.

Thank you all for making us hip again! And It's great to see so many new faces and even some of the O.G.

We're gonna all take a much needed breather Saturday, but we'll open again TUESDAY to do it all over again.
