Little kitten came out for some patio time! He’s still available for adoption!
He is very social, likes other cats, and is supportive of other cats when not feeling well or in recovery.

Patio cat aka Waffles back at Barringer’s!
She ready for adoption!
She is so sweet and has big purrs!
Do not pet her hindquarters
I’ll miss having her at our house. Her little chirps are adorable!
And those green eyes 🥹

Patio cat is recovering nicely.
She’s relaxed and playing with toys! We left the bedroom door open all day but she didn’t want to leave the comfort of her space. I bribed her out with food. But back in her room to nap again.
I think she’s been through a lot with having kittens, nursing and then finding Barringer’s folks to rescue her!
She’s ready for her indoor life

Patio cat did great today at the vet with her TNR! She was lovey with the staff 😻
She weighs 8.31 lbs. 🫶
Was NOT pregnant - just liked eating so much and looked pregnant! 😹
She is postpartum but not lactating so she had the kittens a while ago.
Is at least a year old (based on her teeth) 😸
I had the vet look at her hind legs/hips. They also noted she does not like being pet back there but could not find any injuries.
I’m hoping to get her adopted soon. I’d love to have her on the patio longer but with her being so protective of her hips I don’t want to risk injury (to her or humans).
She’s earned the indoor comfy lifestyle! 🐾

Patio cat is in for the night. Going to IndyHumane tomorrow to get spayed.
She’s not exactly happy about the recovery corral but maybe after recovery she can come out.
I know the new foster kitten would love to meet her!
She’ll be back to Barringer’s by Friday night/Sat am.
Thank you to all the staff and regulars that have already fallen in love with her!

Edit - she likes the top of her head, cheeks and upper back scratched. Do not scratch/pet hips and hind quarters.

We have a new 4-legged regular! She’s very sweet and loves food! Still a little skittish so be gentle.
She will be spayed Thursday morning and spend a night or two indoors for recovery.
She’ll be back out this weekend and is looking for her furever home!
Please contact Julie if interested.

Do Not take the cat without permission. That is called stealing.
