I love this sandwich on so many levels. I think it satisfies the soul as a straight up Philly, I love that it pays homage to one of the world’s oldest AND most advanced cuisines… and I can’t help but think about both the beloved street food of campania Italy as well as my moms steamed broccoli with cheese sauce when I eat it! THE CHINESE FIVE SPICE BEEF AND BROCCOLI CHEESESTEAK! BOOM!
