The deadline for placing your Thanksgiving orders is next week!! Don't miss out! 2020 has caused us all to miss out on so much ... for many of us, we will also be missing out on seeing dearly loved family and friends ... all in the name of health & safety. If you are wanting a whole bird, please do us both a favor and let me know by Wed or Thurs. That way I can get your bird picked up and start safely thawing it.
For Thanksgiving, I will need to hear from you by 5pm EST on Thursday, 11/19. We will work out the pick-up/delivery details when your order is received.
We have a lot of orders already in the smoker, so thank you for those! If you think you have sent me your order, but have not received an emailed confirmation, then I don't have your order (yet). Also, orders range most every type of meat, which makes it even more fun for me! Yep, there's plenty of turkey, but also some brisket, salmon (hint-hint -- I have starting smoking salmon with orange wood and the results are divine!), even some pastrami, ham and pulled pork! Whatever you're wanting or needing, we can take care of you! If you're wanting to have something that is a simple heat-and-eat for Black Friday, I'm your guy! Wouldn't a few slabs of ribs in your belly for Friday dinner make those aching feet feel better?

Turkey for Thanksgiving:
The most popular is the pan of 100% smoked turkey breast. It will be sliced to your specifically requested thickness (perhaps some thicker for dinner and some thinner slices for sandwiches). Many opt for a whole bird because they’re tired of dry breast meat (you won't believe how moist our breast meat is!!) or simply like dark meat. For that reason, we also offer whole turkeys.
Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast (per the attached menu):
Small pan feeds 8-10 = $50
Large pan feeds 16-20 = $80
Whole Turkey (not sliced):
9 up to 12lbs = $50
12 up to 16lbs = $60
16 up to 20lbs = $75
20lbs and up = $85
And new this year, designed for those who won't be participating with the big family/friends gathering, but keeping things small and social distanced ... Two pounds of Smoked Turkey Breast for $35
Double-Smoked Honey-Glazed Ham
Most come in the 9-12 lb size, so we're going to stick to what is readily available for $50. Please compare with HoneyBaked Ham. You'll be amazed at the savings and impressed with the quality!
As always, best value is found by ordering from the attached menu, but we also have the smaller packages listed below available. That is all ....
2-Pack St. Louis Style Ribs:
Two (2) meaty slabs of BBQ ribs for $35. As usual, these ribs are bigger than you'll get in a restaurant, very tender, smoky & sweet.
Tender Smoked Brisket:
This beefy treat cooks low & slow for approx. 16 hours, which makes for an incredible tenderness, juiciness and smoky-savory taste! And ... this comes with a heaping helping of Burnt Ends!
Smoked Salmon
This has been a very popular item, and is only becoming more popular! Salmon filet is prepared with olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, other nice flavors, and just the right blend of mild smoke. Great warm or cold and absolutely perfect on crackers with cream cheese! $15 per pound (as a point of reference, a whole filet usually runs 2.7 - 3lbs). Talk about nom-nom!
Pastrami
We appreciate the raves ... several have said this is better than Shapiro's. Wow! That's high praise! You can have it too for $18/pound. We have a very small amount of pastrami presently available. First come - first served!
NOTE: Pastrami takes an entire week to make, so late orders may not be ready for Thanksgiving.
How do I order?
I need to hear from you by 5:00pm on THURSDAY, 11/19/19. Email, phone or text ... they all work! Pick-up will be Wednesday 11/25, the day before Thanksgiving Thursday or Thursday morning on Thanksgiving Day, 11/26. If that doesn't work for you, contact me and we'll make more workable arrangements.
