We have taken the traditional Hawaiian poke bowl and have incorporated various Asian flavors that we love, and we think you will too. Locally owned and operated, Poke Guru was founded in 2018 to fill the void of health focused eateries in downtown Indianapolis. The ingredients we use and the recipes we develop are guided by ensuring we are using local, whole ingredients when we can and to limit th

e amount of sugar that makes its way into our food. The end result is a meal that tastes amazing and makes you feel good, too. You can enjoy our food at one of our two locations or from the convenience of your home through our online ordering.

who loves the spicy citrus ponzu? 🙌 we make our ponzu from scratch, which gives it a nice blend of robust flavors: umami, citrus with a hint of smokey spice in the background 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 it surely will delight those taste buds!

we start with fresh (never frozen) salmon then add a mayo based sauce which has our from scratch, house made chili oil (arguably the best tasting chili oil on the planet) which adds a wonderful umami filled heat to your bowl 🔥

hand cut pineapple, avo, edamame, house pickled daikon, crispy wonton strips and nori strips make this a slightly sweet, spicy, savory experience you never knew you needed in your life 😀
