Throwback Thursday! 📸

This photo was taken on July 9, 1998—28 years ago today.

The funny thing? Ale Emporium had already been around for 16 years! We opened back in 1982, so this isn’t even one of our oldest photos.

It’s amazing to see how much has changed… and how much hasn’t.

The cars have changed. The sign has changed. The beer list has definitely changed.
Long before social media check-ins, craft beers, and smartphones, people were gathering here for great food, cold drinks, and unforgettable nights with friends.

Here’s to 28 years of memories, and to everyone who’s helped make this place feel like home. 🍻
