Hello Everyone, allow me to re/introduce myself. My name is Chef Tia, I am Chef and owner of the Chef Tia & Co Brand, and Founder/Creator of the Chicken Scratch brand. I am sole owner operator of Chicken Scratch at 5308 N Keystone Avenue (other locations have a different owner) whom we still provide our sauces and seasonings to for consistent quality and taste. We are set to reopen Chef Tia & Co Restaurant in Summer’24 with location information soon to come. The Chef Tia & Co brands specialize in scratch made dishes and fresh ingredients. I am 25+ years in the food service game and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! I have an amazing team of people behind me making all this happen so follow me on this journey, so watch me work and grow in this new year! Happy 2024!!!Chef Tia ❤️
