Besan Chilla
Ingredients:
• Chickpea flour
• Onion
• Bell peppers
• Spinach
• Sesame seeds
• Carrom seeds (ajwain)
• Coriander seeds
• Red chili powder
• Turmeric
• Garam masala
• Cumin powder
• Salt
• Water
Method: Whisk all ingredients together into a thick, pourable batter. Pour onto a hot oiled pan and cook like a pancake, flipping once golden on each side
