🧡 FULL POTENTIAL BLEND 🧡

Commonplace Coffee is thrilled to share our newest staff-developed donation blend created in collaboration with Café Momentum Pittsburgh 👨‍🍳

🫶This extra-special release benefits Café Momentum Pittsburgh, a nonprofit with a mission to transform the lives of justice-involved youth by equipping them with life skills, education, and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential. We’re honored to partner with the Café Momentum team and support the incredible work they do in our communities.

⭐Full Potential Blend is our fourth staff-developed blend, spearheaded by Commonplace Kitchen’s Shadyside Manager, Erin Bertuzzi. Her vision for this blend was to create an approachable coffee that pairs perfectly with one of her favorite items from the Commonplace Kitchen – our signature sticky buns.

☕ The centerpiece of Full Potential Blend is a unique cinnamon co-ferment from Sebastian Ramirez at Finca El Placer in Colombia, a vibrant and flavorful coffee that solidifies the baking spice and sweetness of the blend. The profile is rounded out by a base composed of a natural process Red Catuai from Yuki Minami in Brazil and a washed process Bourbon from Bukeye Washing Station in Burundi, adding complexity without overshadowing the rest of the blend. Together, these components create a warm and approachable profile featuring notes of baking spices, candied orange, and honey.

📍Full Potential Blend is available now through November 2026 at all Commonplace Coffee cafes, on commonplacecoffee.com, and at Café Momentum.

🍋 NEW COFFEE RELEASE 🍋

Cooperative El Porvenir

🍓 TASTING NOTES: strawberry, lemon-lime, nectarine, and caramel

This is our first year purchasing coffee from Cooperativa El Porvenir via Onyx Coffee.

This coffee represents the work of 9 coffee producing families (the Lorenzos, Zapatas, Aguirres, Nájeras, Méndezez, Sandovals, Ortegas, Martínezez, and Barreras) across 28 farms surrounding Lake Ayarza in Guatemala. El Porvenir holds a high standard for quality control - this, coupled with a great microclimate, results in stellar coffees.

We selected this coffee for its distinctive profile, and to hopefully begin a year over year purchasing relationship with this amazing cooperative. This coffee has a full and silky mouthfeel, caramel sweetness, and notes of red berries, assorted citrus and stone fruits 😍☕
