Did a test run on a recipe .. these little Orange fluff mini trifles are yummy ..and refreshing on a hot day.

Just an FYI:
Due to the CYCLOSPORA outbreak, we will only be using local berries on our charcuterie boards, grazing tables and in our shop.
Rest assured, we are very diligent in washing our produce as it is, but will also omit any items that our customers do not feel comfortable ingesting.
We already scrub items such as watermelon , cantaloupe, oranges, lemons and limes with a brush, too. A brush is also used on apples, particularly at the stem and base areas where bacteria can hide.
This is also a reminder to all to thoroughly wash, scrub and dry your produce.
