Two of our ‘Que Crew members just completed their ServSafe Manager Training AND passed the exam! 🎉🔥

They spent hours learning about food safety, temperatures, sanitation, and all the other fancy stuff that keeps your BBQ delicious and your stomach drama-free.

We’re proud to announce that 100% of our team is now certified and trained to the highest food safety standards. Because serving great BBQ is important, but serving SAFE great BBQ is the secret sauce.

What a privilege it was and is to be serving in this capacity! Had a great night last night with Charlotte FC and Matthews Sportsplex!! Almost a sold out crowd showed up and out for the game and DEFINITELY sold us out!!! Whooo. Brisket and the Buffalo chicken egg rolls were on FIRE last night. If you have never been, check out the sportsplex as it is an incredible facility and amazing staff!!! See y’all soon.
