Happy 4th of July!

Thanks to all of you, we're still running low on some stock - which is a good problem to have. We're making more as fast as we can.

Here's our tip: pierogi make a great addition to any cookout. They go perfectly alongside whatever's coming off the grill. Throw them on the griddle, crisp them up, and serve them next to the burgers and dogs.

We'll be at the markets this Saturday, July 4th - but not at Uptown or Union this week. Since stock is tight, pre-ordering is your best bet to make sure you get what you want for the holiday.

Good news and honest news.

We're busier than we've ever been. Every Saturday the markets are packed, our retail partners are selling through faster than we can restock, and people keep telling us they can't find our pierogi when they want them. This is what success looks like - and we're humbled by it.

But here's the thing: We're running low on inventory. We make what we can make each week, and right now demand is outpacing production. Which means if you want pierogi this Saturday, the smart move is to pre-order by Thursday at 9pm. Otherwise you might show up and find we're out.

We're working on solutions to keep up with how much you love us. That's the real story.

This rain has been relentless lately

We love it. Busy markets mean our community is thriving. But here's what we've learned after months of Saturdays: When demand is high, our most-loved flavors disappear quick.

Potato & Cheddar? Usually gone by late morning at our busiest markets. Sauerkraut, Roasted Green Chile + Monterey Jack? Same story. People know what they want, and they show up ready to buy.
