🎨 Introducing Creative Sparks! ✨

A brand new FREE Kids Craft Hour at Sparks in the Valley where we’ll gather to make Art in the Valley together!

Hosted by co-owner (and mom of two!) Liz, Creative Sparks is a fun, relaxed hour of creativity for kids of all ages. Liz also holds current PA child clearances.

• Saturday, August 15*
• Friday, August 21

🕦 All sessions are 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.
*Saturday sessions begin immediately following our Kids Flow Yoga class.

🌿 Weather permitting, we’ll create outside. If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll move upstairs to our event space.

🌈 Kids Flow is back!

Join Mary Shull and Andrew Sparks for a fun-filled morning of movement, mindfulness, and play designed just for children ages 4–11.

Kids will explore yoga through games, creative movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation while building confidence, balance, and body awareness in a welcoming, encouraging environment.

🗓️ Saturday, July 18
⏰ 10:00–11:00 AM

💛 Suggested Donation: $10–15
We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience yoga. If a donation isn’t possible, please come anyway. All children are welcome.
