We don't have a walk-in cooler or a freezer, so everything is made fresh in-house daily using the best ingredients available; Fresh pastas, breads, sauces, house-cut fries, cheeses, and so much more. We are also bringing in fresh seafood every single day from Hawaii, Alaska and local fisherman. We have a 105 bottle boutique wine list, a section of unique craft bottle & draft beers, an inventive mo

dern menu, liquid nitrogen desserts, and custom pairings with craft beer, wines, and even artisanal freshly ground French press coffees, espressos and after dinner drinks.
