Y’all see us pull up, set up and serve these Vittles… but you don’t always see what it took just to GET THERE.
Came home after the storm to no power Sunday night. And in less than 8 hours, we had to be at Taste of KC ready to set up and serve.
No excuses. No extra time. Just had to figure it out and KEEP GOING.
This is the behind the scenes of being a business owner that I don’t always show or even talk about. The long nights, unexpected problems, exhaustion and still having to show up with a smile because people are counting on you.
When y’all see Vegan Vittles outside, just know there’s a whole story behind us getting there.
But we made it. We showed up. And we served them Vittles.
THIS is entrepreneurship. The part y’all don’t always see.
