IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Like most small businesses we struggle to find reliable people to fill open positions. We do not have the revenue to offer wages or health insurance that can compete with McDonald's or Kwik Trip. My core staff, Wayne, Stephanie and Brenda have been working overtime and double shifts to keep the doors open seven days a week, but it's not sustainable. They are rockstars, dedicated and loyal, but they are tired. In order to provide the best service to our customers and give my staff some work-life balance, starting next week Ruby Glass Cafe will be closed on Wenesdays and Thursdays. Hours will remain the same for Friday through Tuesday. We spoke to most of the groups that typically come in on those days about rescheduling to an alternate day. If we missed you, I apologize and would love if you would contact us so we can work to accommodate your needs. The Independence Lion's Club meeting will still meet on the evening of the 4th Wednesday of each month. Hopefully this will be short-term, but we will keep you posted. Thanks for continuing to support your local small businesses!!

Hours:

Monday and Tuesday - 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Friday - 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
