Pillowy soft biscuit, runny sunny-side eggs, choice of bacon or pork sausage patties, smothered with cheddar chorizo gravy

Breakfast Corned Beef Hash
House made corned beef & yukon-gold potatoes herb potatoes, served with sunny-side eggs and seasonal fruits

Crepe du jour
Slow cooked short ribs for 16 hours - shredded short rib, honey bourbon barbeque sauce, gruyere & fontina cheese caramelized onions finished with fresh arugula, cherry heirloom tomatoes & crispy carrot chips
