BetweenCusine is starting its origins in Lake Tahoe! This is a private catering business run by my wife and I, Travis and Danielle Kroell, for everything from small events to large parties. We have extensive knowledge in multiple cuisines and dietary restrictions. We aim to serve fresh, organic farm to table food and create amazing memories with our guests. We have a combined total of 15 years experience in the Industry. Both classically trained in culinary school and helped open Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen in South Lake Tahoe. Danielle also specializes in Cakes and Baked goods for any parties, weddings or get togethers! We look forward to hearing from you and creating some memorable experiences!
