We have a new home now, a food trailer!! You can find us at the vendors lot in Ignacio.

The vendors lots is the old casino parking lot, across the gas station. We specialize in mostly Mexican food with a few other family favorites.

Posole will be ready by 745am.
Update:🚨🚨 CHANGE OF PLANS.
I went to get the permit but was told no because the person was gone and no one else is allowed to give them out. Which is weird to me seeing the person that writes them is not the same people that enforce it and someone should always be allowed/available to write these permits. Omar is not from here so in the past he got charged with trespassing. So unfortunately, due to us not being able to get the permit we will only have Posole for a little bit then be heading out so we don't get into trouble.

We will be open tomorrow with posole and our meat will be pork. Asada has jumped to over $12/ pound. We will have limited amount of it.

Our apologies for disappearing on you. Life has been giving it all to us these last few weeks. Unfortunately, we will be closed the rest of June. We are hoping to get settled and on a schedule for July. Please continue to follow our page we will post once we get things figured out. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hi everyone. We will be opening today with posole, asada, pork & tortas. Not sure how much longer posole will be on Fridays since it's starting to get too hot for soups so come visit us today to get you some. Next week is gonna be pretty crazy with family life, our oldest is having surgery so we may not be opening next week. Don't worry though we do have some catering jobs that you'll be able find us at.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but it's just the two us of and the kids schedules. I'll post daily when we are able to open but you'll find us at other events here and there.

Aydin will be working today come on by and say hi and put him to work. He needs training.. Thank you!! 😊
