We are proud to serve our community–one smile at a time! Come in and start your morning off with a cup of coffee, a baked good, or a yummy burrito. In a morning rush? Drive right up to the drive though. All menu items are made from scratch, with a side of love. All coffee is brewed with beans that are ground daily. In addition to offering delicious meals, Rise & Shine also has a selection of house plants available for purchase. We look forward to seeing you at Rise & Shine!

Our project is complete as of Monday! What a wonderful journey it has been to witness a vision come to fruition. The mural is beautiful and carries an incredible sense of sentiment. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without all the individuals involved.

First and foremost, we want to thank Dancing Spirit and local artist Tim Murphy. Dancing Spirit Center for the Arts generously provided funds to bring this vision to life, and Tim Murphy executed it beautifully. Without either of them, this mural wouldn’t exist.

Last but certainly not least, thank you to all the children in the community who participated in this project by creating wildflowers with their tiny hands and feet. A heartfelt thanks also goes to everyone who has contributed to making Rise & Shine what it is — thank you for placing your handprints in the sun. What a profound experience it has been to connect with others through this piece. I look forward to us all being able to enjoy this for the years to come.

The message on it: YOU ARE ENOUGH. The intention behind it is that it will be read — and felt. We can often be hard on ourselves and be our own worst enemies. When we should be loving ourselves and provide ourselves with grace, acknowledging that we are humans evolving and learning — everyday.

I hope this piece of art brings joy to others when passing and provides the important reminder, especially when needed.

Kasey Correia (Dancing Spirit) and Tim Murphy (local artist), I extend my deepest gratitude to you both for fostering and facilitating this project. I also would like to thank everyone who contributed hands-on to make this project what it is. It is incredible and I’m absolutely enamored. Truly.

This was an experience I will forever cherish. I sincerely thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
