Well friends… we’re SOLD OUT! ✨

We sold out by noon today, and we’re honestly blown away.

This was the most bread we’ve ever brought to market—90 loaves—and you bought every last one. We can’t thank you enough for showing up, supporting our little family bakery, and making Firefly Cottage Bakery a part of your week.

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, baked, bagged, and brought to market by our family, so seeing our table empty this early is something we never take for granted.

We’ll be back next Saturday with bread and plenty of goodies. Until then, thank you for helping us have our biggest market day yet. ❤️

We’ve got 90 loaves of sourdough and 20 packages of cookies baked, bagged, and ready for the Idaho Falls Farmers Market tomorrow!

We have a fun week ahead and can’t wait to see everyone!

📍 Thursday – Shelley Farmers Market
🕓 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

In addition to our sourdough, we’re especially excited because lemonade is back on the menu for summer! 🍋☀️

We’ll also be serving our new Cold Brew Latte lineup, featuring smooth cold brew coffee paired with delicious summer-inspired flavors. If you’ve been looking for a refreshing coffee treat for these warm evenings, this is it!

Just a little reminder that we’ll be in Shelley tomorrow for the first Shelley Farmers Market!!!

We’ll be there from 4:30–7:30 PM with fresh sourdough, sweet treats, herb dip mixes, and plenty of bakery goodness.

If you’ve been meaning to stop by and say hello, tomorrow is the perfect chance! We love getting to meet our customers face-to-face and are excited to be part of another local market season.

This weekend we’re taking a little break from the market to celebrate something much more important than bread and coffee—family. ❤️

Firefly Cottage Bakery has always been a family effort, and this young man has been part of the journey from the very beginning. From helping behind the scenes baking, shaping bread, learning how to be a barista, loading and unloading the car to cheering us on through the busy seasons, he’s helped make this little dream possible.

Today we’re celebrating his graduation and all the hard work that got him here. We’re so proud of the person he’s become and excited to see where life takes him next. His plan is to attend culinary school to become a bakery and pastry chef and eventually have his own bakery.

Congratulations, Graduate! 🎓✨
