Growing up, the best time spent together was always in the kitchen cooking on weekends. It was a big leap, and it included traveling to India for a month to train with an authentic Indian chef who had cooked for various family occasions including our grandparents' wedding, as well as our wedding. Training sessions included family and generational recipes taught by senior chefs from several restaur

ants. Nearly everything we learned back in India as well as what we perfected here in America goes into each and every meal we prepare. This restaurant is a dream that many people helped bring to life.
