Seeing these pictures from Nepal really means a lot to all of us. ❤️🇳🇵

When we started A Meal for Nepal, we really didn't know what to expect. We just wanted to use what we had — our restaurants, our team, and the amazing communities around us — to do something to help.

And you all showed up.

Now seeing the first part of that support reaching 40 families in Nepal makes everything we did here feel real.

To everyone in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Logan, and beyond who came for a meal, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, or simply encouraged us — thank you. And a special thank you to our Himalayan Flavor team who volunteered their time and worked so hard to make those events happen.

There is still more work ahead, and Lift Lives Today will continue sharing that journey with everyone.

For us at Himalayan Flavor, we're just grateful that something as simple as sharing a meal here could mean something to a family thousands of miles away.

You made this possible. ❤️

From our Himalayan Flavor family, thank you for always being there when it matters. 🙏🇳🇵

This is what community can do. ❤️🇳🇵

What started with a simple idea of sharing a meal turned into $10,086.19 raised for Nepal flood relief.

To our communities in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Logan — thank you for showing up, giving from your heart, and trusting us to be part of something bigger than a meal.

And to our Himalayan Flavor team members who volunteered their time, thank you. We couldn't have done this without you. ❤️

The next chapter belongs to Lift Lives Today as they work to turn this generosity into meaningful help on the ground in Nepal.

From our Himalayan Flavor family — THANK YOU. 🙏🇳🇵❤️

What started with a simple meal became something much bigger. ❤️🇳🇵

Because of the incredible support from Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Logan, together we raised $10,086.19 for Nepal flood relief.

Thank you to every family who joined us, everyone who donated, every volunteer who gave their time, and our entire Himalayan Flavor team who helped make this possible.

Now comes the most important part — making sure your generosity reaches the people who truly need it. We will continue sharing updates with you as the funds are put to work in Nepal, so you can see the impact your support helped create.

For those who were unable to join us and have asked if they can still help, yes, you can. Donations for Nepal flood relief can still be made through https://liftlivestoday.com

Thank you for trusting Lift Lives Today with your support. We don't take that trust lightly. ❤️

Three communities. One purpose. Together for Nepal. 🇳🇵
