I’ve been avoiding writing this post for a long time.
Because saying goodbye to our food truck feels like saying goodbye to a dream I wasn’t ready to let go of.
But as of right now… the food truck is officially closed.
To everyone who supported us in Washington and Idaho — thank you. Seriously. You helped carry us, encouraged us, and made this journey something we’ll always be proud of.
We may do a couple pop-up events in the future, but for now we’re closing this chapter.
Thank you for being part of our story. ❤️
