🔔 Idaho’s Liberty Bell is coming to Idaho City!
As part of its 2026 statewide tour, Idaho’s Liberty Bell will make a special stop in Idaho City during Idaho City Days on Saturday, October 3.
📅 Saturday, October 3
🕙 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
📍 101 Main Street
Idaho City is the Bell’s only stop that day, giving our community a special four-hour opportunity to see this historic artifact.
Idaho’s Liberty Bell first traveled the state in 1950 and has been at the Idaho State Capitol for more than 75 years. Following a professional restoration, it is traveling Idaho again as part of America250 in Idaho. Learn more about America250 in Idaho here Welcome to America250 in Idaho.

From Great Basin MIT 3: On the Boise National Forest’s Idaho City Ranger District, the has drawn together an extraordinary force of wildland firefighters-men and women from our local area, across the country, and around the world.

We are incredibly grateful to every firefighter and everyone involved in protecting Idaho City and the surrounding communities. Thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and tireless work to keep our town safe. We truly appreciate everything you have done-and we appreciate your business and support of our community.
Before you leave town this week, please stop by Sarsaparilla and let us serve you a cup of coffee or a scoop of ice cream. We have loved chatting with so many of you these last several weeks-including the women and men all the way from Australia! It would be our pleasure to see you! ❤️☕🍦

Afterward, grab your cowboy hat and head to the Jack Pine Round Up Rodeo! The pre-rodeo starts at 6 PM, followed by the rodeo at 7 PM. 🐂
🚗 PARKING NOTE: Please park across Highway 21 in the dirt lot next to the gas station. Use caution when crossing the highway.
