Hi everybody! Today is our last day in business in Idaho City with Donna's Place. Nearly 25 years now we have done our very best to serve our community with groceries, Movies, Hamburgers and more. We are going to miss our customers, friends and kids enormously. We have been here when kids were born, saw them grow up and hired them just to see them get married and have families of their own. It's been a great time and you will be missed. Come in today to say hi if you can, we'd like to see you again. In the mean time we will be open in Placerville only 14 miles away with the same ole smile.

This was 5 years ago and we want to thank you our community for sharing with us this past five years.

DONNA'S PLACE HAD A TERRIBLE FIRE LAST AUGUST 18TH AND IT WAS BURNED TO THE GROUND. BECAUSE WE ( SKIP AND DONNA ) LOVE OUR COMMUNITY AND OUR FRIENDS WE CHOOSE TO BRING DONNA'S PLACE BACK AGAIN FOR ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR CHOICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WE ARE A STORE THAT DOES OUR BEST TO MAKE YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE. WE DO OFFER WIFI HOT SPOT FOR THOSE THAT HAVE A LAPTOP AND NEED TO SURF AROUND FOR A LITTLE ENJOYMENT
