Seasons Catering was honored to provide an elegant outdoor alumni dinner featuring a menu designed to bring people together. Guests enjoyed fresh seasonal salads, Chicken Scallopini with mushrooms, artichokes and lemon-caper sauce, Potato & Horseradish Crusted Salmon, roasted vegetables, Yukon Gold potatoes, maple glazed carrots, and a decadent dessert buffet complete with cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, and vegan chocolate cake.

We recently had the pleasure of bringing the flavors of Boston together for a special “Taste of Boston” event, featuring interactive food stations inspired by some of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods.

Prior to the match, Seasons Catering was proud to provide Scottish-inspired cuisine for the FIFA Family Fun Fest, helping attendees experience a taste of Scotland through food.

Our menu featured hearty Shepherd’s Pie and crispy Oat-Encrusted Chicken Tenders, bringing traditional Scottish flavors to this celebration of culture, community, and soccer.
