My day:
I buy rolls for 2 days at a time, but today I sold every darn roll. I did have 2 cooked hotdogs left when the sweetest senior gentleman graciously said, ill take the last 2 cooked hot dogs with out the buns. God Bless him. He said they were for his wife and she would still enjoy Carole's HotDogs with mustard on a plate rather than not have any.
I felt terrible that he was so grateful to just have the dogs.
I apologized and told him to put his money back in his pocket and to have a good evening.
As they pulled away, he honked the horn and the Mrs. waived
This is just one of the reasons why I luv what I do....🫶🧒🧏‍♀️🙋‍♀️👨‍🦳👨‍🦱🧔🧑‍🦰🧏‍♀️🧏

A few of my customers ask me for a Carole's HotDogs tray to go on days like this.
It sure is a beautiful Tuesday to enjoy hanging out at Quiet Cove which is across from the shoprite plaza.
It was all redone not too long ago. Sit on the grass, at a picnic table or the dock or maybe just in your car.
Just Google Quiet Cove or can anyone else give more info as to where it's located. Thanku.

I've been out all day shopping for Carole's HotDogs and almost forgot to say,
"Carole's HotDogs is OPEN tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15th, 11:30-3
Closed wednesdays, but will be back thursday-saturday

Yesterday on 9/11 a horrible day in history I asked my customers, "do u remeber where you were or what you were doing when 9/11 happened?"
Usually I would say, "so how's your day going?"
I couldn't say that on 9/11
Immediately, everyone reacted with true emotion of sadness.
Not to mention a few customers did know someone who passed away due to this devastating day. A few teared up and spoke of the loss. A few others spoke how people came together to help in any way possible.
People remebered the flags on all motor vehicles.
Most common thoughts were of fear for our country and if more tragedy would hit.
A DAY WE WILL NEVER FORGET.
