During this government shutdown, I remain deeply committed to supporting our community. Many of our neighbors are facing hardship—whether from furloughs, reduced income, or limited access to food resources—and Healthy Fresh Meals is here to help.

We understand the stress and uncertainty that come with these circumstances, and we believe that access to healthy, nourishing food should never be compromised. Our team is actively working to provide meals to those impacted.

Community is at the heart of everything we do, and in times like these, it’s more important than ever to show up for one another.

If you or someone you know is affected, please fill out the form below and we will begin our distribution next week and work through our list as best as we can!

Founded in 2016, Healthy Fresh Meals was born out the need for a home cooked meal that was healthy, convenient, and delicious. We believe that high-quality, healthy food should be accessible to everyone. Headquartered in Hyattsville, MD, the team focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, that are prepared by professionally trained chefs. We offer a wide variety of meals on our menu that changes weekly, and offer no minimums or subscriptions. Healthy Fresh Meals has grown from providing meals to customers homes weekly, to expanding into offices, pick up locations at gyms & universities, and the even “Official Meal” of the DC UNITED soccer team. Our mission is to empower people to live healthier lives by being the leading provider of healthy, high-quality meals, and always giving back to our community.
