Our pork shoulders are dry rubbed and smoked low and slow for about 12-14 hrs using apple and cherry wood. The end result is velvety, tender, succulent pulled pork. We've made a slight modification to our menu that's going to allow you to customize your meal a lot easier. We've also added a meal for 9.99 that has more meat in it than 2 sub sandwiches or burrito bowls. A true value with meat as the main attraction

Quality meat, seasonings and wood is all we use in crafting our BBQ. We're proud of our meats and want you to taste them. Nothing is covered in sauce and we sure as hell arent putting any pineapples or cheese on it

Had a wonderful time catching walleye up North with my girls. Energized and excited for our 17th season of catering weddings, graduations and banquets. Feeding large groups is our specialty.
