We also have tilapia that are ready for harvest - for now we would like to sell minimum of 6 at a time. We have a total of 200 ready.

$7.50/lb of live fish. You bring a cooler and we give you fish. We can either give them to you live or ready to be on ice.

Please spread the word for any local restaurants, grocery stores etc. so they see this ❤️

Why do we have to harvest them?
They get too big! We have to keep our tanks and system balanced out with the number of fish and their size. Eventually they just get to that point where we’ve got to give them new homes.

Meet Bob and Gary.

They’re my best friends. They’ve been next to me on the wild ride of life.

And literally next to me, we all lived together for a hot minute ❤️‍🔥

Bob lived in Alaska for 30 something years and was a dog musher that ran in the Iditarod. Don’t worry, we’ll have story time.

Gary was in the band Green in the 60’s and has equally as many wild stories from a life of rock n roll.

Anyway, you’re going to be seeing a lot of them so I thought I’d introduce y’all.

We are a family; a family that decided to go on an adventure. Last July we walked into a greenhouse that was clearly someone’s passion that got left behind.

We picked up the newspaper clippings, the pictures of a ribbon cutting and the hat that was still hanging on the wall and made a little tribute wall for the owner before us. We hope we’re making him smile up in heaven.

The stories and people we’ve already met have been wildly encouraging.

The progress has been rapid but hasn’t come without hard work. My padre retired this last year but if you know him you know he’s not ever going to be done. Hence the greenhouse 😂

He’s been the one putting in really, really long hours. He always said he didn’t want a dairy farm… so we found the next closest thing. 🙃

Anyway, I just want to emphasize how much of a family operation we are. We are equal part business owners.

Supporting us means you might as well be feeding a fish yourself! We are local right down to our branding and marketing.

Part 2
Here’s what I pulled out! So we learned broccoli gets too big for this particular system..

Like I said, we are still new. We moved our basil, cilantro and chives over here and the broccoli to the bigger raft tank.

Also in exciting news - the raft tanks are all fixed again and running smoothly! Good thing we have a good team (mainly consisting of papa).

So here’s to not failing just learning what didn’t work.
