You're at the wrong place. At Metro, we put a lot of pride and effort into making you the best drink we possibly can, even if it takes just a little bit longer. We soak up knowledge about our high quality products and are eager to share what we know with anyone who asks (and even some who don't :)). Even if you don't like coffee, we have a wide variety of smoothies, teas, sodas, chai, and phenomenal hot chocolate. We have something for everyone, and we look forward to you joining our family!

Metropolitan Coffee at 17th and Lorraine will be closing today at 5:00pm with an anticipated open time tomorrow morning at our normal 6:30am.

Metro to Go closed the normal time today at 1:00pm. At this point, we are planning on being open at 6:30am (normal time) on Wednesday morning.

You absolutely have to drop in to Metro in January and see the wonderful art of Betty Vanosdol. Absolutely joyful is the best description we can come up with! These are prints of originals so they are super affordable and they definitely need to go home with you.
Come in, grab a drink and walk around the shop to find your favorite!

Cold weather is coming and we have the drinks to keep you warm and cozy. Ranging from Gold Hot Chocolate to Turmeric Hot Chocolate to Hot Chai-colate (and more), you won't know which drink to choose first! Drop in to the 17th and Lorraine location, pull up a seat by the fireplace and sip your drink or drive through at 15 West 2nd to take a tasty drink home! Our main location at 17th and Lorraine will be closing at our normal time of 8:00pm on New Years Eve. We will be opening on New Years Day at 8:00am and closing at our normal time.
Our downtown location, Metro To Go, will not be open on New Years Day.

Both locations will be closed on Christmas Day. Downtown will be open until 1:00pm on Christmas Eve and the 17th and Lorraine location will be open Christmas Eve until 4:00pm. Have wonderful holiday!
