Happy Birthday to the best Front of House Manager we could ever ask for! 🎉

Most people only see the smiling face that greets them when they walk through our doors, but they don’t see all the hard work, long hours, sacrifices, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes things she does every single day to help make Twinz what it is.

She goes above and beyond in ways that often go unnoticed, always willing to step in wherever she’s needed and always putting her heart into everything she does. We truly couldn’t do this without her.

We’re so thankful for everything she does, not only for our restaurant, but for our family. Today we celebrate YOU! 💗

Our beautiful twin girls! 🩷

Adonia and Adaline are the heart behind everything we do. They are the reason we work long hours, take risks, and keep pushing forward even on the hard days. Every goal we set and every step we take is driven by the desire to build something meaningful for them and because of them.

There are days when we’re exhausted, days when things don’t go as planned, and days when running a restaurant feels overwhelming. But one look at those sweet faces reminds us why we do what we do. We thank God daily for His faithfulness, His provision, and for trusting us with these two precious little girls who motivate us to be better every single day.

Y’all guessed it! 🦀

After our last post, we figured it was time for a little update…

Once crawfish season is officially over, our original plan was to stick with Blue Crabs, Shrimp, and Snow Crab Legs on the buffet.

BUT… 👀

We’ve recently been in talks with a supplier who has offered us a really good price on Dungeness Crab! If that pricing stays consistent, there’s a very good chance we’ll be able to add Dungeness to the buffet as well. 🤯🦀

Before everyone gets too excited, this is NOT a promise yet. We are still just talking and working out the details. We don’t want to announce something until we know for sure we can keep it on the buffet without sacrificing quality or raising prices.

We’re always looking for ways to bring y’all more seafood and more value, and this could be a great addition if everything works out!

So tell us… if Dungeness Crab makes its way to Twinz, who’s bringing the crew?? 😋

FRESH. LOCAL. SHRIMP. 🦐

Straight from Louisiana waters, to the pot, and then to your plate. 🍽️

It was peeling so easy that we had to pull out our phone and record it! 😂🎥

That’s the difference fresh shrimp makes. No wrestling match. No frustration. Just good seafood that’s cooked right and ready to enjoy.
