Shiner Beer(Spoetzl Brewery and now Distillery) is producing spirits…Shiner Texas Vodka and Shiner Texas Gin using their historic 120 foot artesian well water. Small batch craft spirits currently only available in Texas. We have them! Plus our bartenders have crafted two delicious cocktails using them…a Cherry Limeade Cooler with Shiner Craft Vodka and a Raspberry French 75 made with Shiner Craft Gin. Come try them…perfect for our 100+ degree weather!

Great specials tonight at Italiannis…fresh rainbow trout stuffed with lemon slices, fresh thyme and red onion, dusted with seasoned flour and pan seared with saffron risotto. Also a Red Pepper Beef Tenderloin with Potatoes Dauphinoise. Both served with colossal shrimp. YUM

Last night‘s “Texas Uncorked” wine dinner was a great success…the food was wonderful and the wines were great! Chef Luis and his staff did an incredible job with the Texas themed foods from the Texas Tw***ie and Frito Pie with buffalo chili to the pecan fried pie with BlueBell butter pecan ice cream. and the chicken fried ribeye? You could cut it with a fork. Make plans now for our August wine dinner…details coming in a couple of weeks.
