El Tarasco in Hurley introduces something hurley has never tasted before "Tacos al Pastor".

Slowly marinated and grilled pork tacos with a secret combination of spices.

Mexican style are fixed with soft corn tortillas cilantro diced onions radishes limes and cebollitas.

American style are fixed on flour soft tortillas with shredded lettuce and shredded cheese

both include a special portion of a house signature green salsa made just for these tacos

EL MOLCAJETE :A hot lava stone bowl filled with juicy ribeye steak, al pastor meat, chicken breast, jumbo grilled shrimp and grilled chorizo, garnished with cactus leaves saute green onions and slices of grilled Mexican queso fresco. Rice and beans on the side. Your choice of flour or corn tortillas.

Just want to let everyone know that we are not CLOSING we are just redoing the tile floor in the kitchen to make it safer for my staff .... and just to lay rumors to rest, we didn’t lose our chef. We have trained lots of cooks but chef’s we only have one and that is the Jose Alvarez the owner and like he always says
“A copy will always be a copy”...... it’s not just the food it has to be service,presentation and cleanliness!!!!!
