So the last week has been a very stressful and emotional time for us. The decision to close our Food Trailer was very difficult and we held out as long as we could . In the end it just wasn’t feasible and the best decision was to close…for now.
I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone who had a hand in helping us with this dream.
Bubba and Gina for all the help they’ve provided.Way to much to mention here.
Frederic and Greg for providing the wonderful tables we’ve used
Robyn and Rachel for helping with menus and signs
My awesome wife who would drop whatever she was doing to go work the window, go to the store or whatever was needed. Not to mention all the moral support you could ever ask for. Whatever we needed she was there to help.
Thanks to Dylan for always thinking outside the box to help get things rolling , if. If not for you ,son ,a lot of these ideas would never have happened. Also supportive and helpful whenever you were needed.
I’m sure I left some important people out, but so many people were a big part of this and for that we are eternally grateful.
Last but not least to all out loyal customers, we appreciate your business and friendships we developed over the years.
And finally to Dallas, without you son none of this would have happened. We started this thing together and were a fantastic team . The day I had to leave and return to the dealership was one of the hardest times of my life.
I threw you in the deep end of the pool and you exceeded all expectations. You worked your ass off and gained a following that has grown and grown. I’ll never forget the day you said “ Dad we should do Chicken and Dumplings tomorrow “ , we did and it became our most served special. Thanks for everything you did Son. Thanks for dealing with the 150 degree days in the summer in that trailer as well as the 30 degree days of winter. The super busy days and the super slow ones. You endured it all.
Thanks to everyone and we will see you again someday @ Floyd’s on ???.
Love ❤️ and Peace ✌️
Rick
